Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items purchased.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Custom products cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, contact us at:
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, refunds are not automatically issued. Each case is reviewed individually.
