Production time (custom kits): 3–5 business days
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after shipment
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, strikes, or peak seasonal demand. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on the items purchased.
Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within a few hours after purchase.

If your order is confirmed as lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot automatically issue a refund. However, we review each case individually.
