The choice of diamond shape depends mainly on individual tastes:
According to our customers' feedback, round diamonds are preferred by most because of their ease of handling and arrangement, even though they leave a space between them.
On the other hand, square diamonds require more precision when placing, requiring perfect alignment for a smooth finish on the canvas. This is why it may be a good idea to use this Square Diamond Placement Ruler .
For beginners, we recommend starting with round diamonds and then experimenting with both types to choose the one that best suits your preferences.

I am missing diamonds in my order, what should I do?
We always send an extra 20% of diamonds for each order to prevent any shortages.
However, in the event of an error, we will resend you the missing diamonds free of charge . Simply contact us specifying the DMC references concerned, the approximate number of missing diamonds and the canvas concerned.
Diamonds will be shipped within 48 hours, with a delivery time of 10 to 20 business days.

Don't worry! If you forgot to add your photo in your custom kit order, contact us quickly by sending us your image as well as the order number. We will update your kit to perfectly match your request!

We can provide you with a preview of your custom kit before you finalize your order. Simply send us the photo you would like to use, and we will send you a visual so you can see the final result before placing your order.

Our priority is your satisfaction , it is very important to us. We provide customer service 24 hours a day , 7 days a week . We will send you a response within 48 hours maximum .
Please make sure to provide as much information as possible, such as order number (provided in confirmation emails), email address , photos , etc.
This will allow us to help you as quickly as possible.

- Shipping time: 48 hours.
- Delivery time depending on your location : 10 to 20 working days.
- 🎄 Christmas period : Due to the crowds, the deadline may be extended .
- 📒 Please note : Although 95% of our packages arrive in less than 14 days , certain events such as massive promotions, severe weather conditions or stock shortages may extend the time up to 25 days .
- 📦 Track your order : If you find the delay long, don't panic! Thanks to the tracking number received by email , you can follow the progress of your package at any time .

To track the progress of your order, you can go directly to the Parcel Tracking page.
You have 2 options: Indicate your order number with your email address / telephone number or indicate your tracking number communicated by email.

For efficiency reasons, our teams strive to process your orders within a maximum of three hours . If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us promptly so that we can consider your request before shipping or manufacturing begins.
Please note that any cancellation request for an order already shipped will require following a return procedure.
Additionally, if we have already started manufacturing your custom kit, we will not be able to accept any modification or cancellation requests.

The Parcel Loss/Theft/Breakage Guarantee is an option that you can choose when making your purchase. Here’s how it works:
- Package Protection : This guarantee covers you in the event of loss, theft or breakage of your package during transport.
- Claim conditions : If your package does not reach you, is stolen or arrives damaged, simply contact us as soon as possible.
- Documents Required : You will need to provide evidence, such as photos of the damaged package or a report of loss or theft, so we can process your claim efficiently.
- Refund or Replacement : After verifying your request, we will offer you a refund or sending a new package according to your preference.

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return the products from the date of receipt without giving any reasons , except for personalized kits and gift cards .
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition (unopened and in their original packaging). Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the package.
Please contact us first so we can send you the most suitable return address based on your problem.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless this is an error on our part.
Note: Custom embroidery made by hand by our artists cannot benefit from our refund policy because these products are made individually and only to measure. We cannot therefore put them back on sale.
